I was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico and moved to San Francisco to attend the SF Art Institute where I had a brief and unremarkable stint in the avante garde. After graduating from the Academy of Art illustration department I found myself at Wild Brain Animation where I was a color stylist and background painter off and on for 10 years.
I am currently freelancing for Warner Bros. Animation as well as looking for new opportunities as a digital artist.
I am also the founder of MegoMuseum.com, the web’s largest website devoted to Mego toys of the 1970s.
I live in Oakland, California with my wife Julie and son Jonah.
